I recently got couches for my new home and I had a very minor problem with one of them and I called costumer service and I cannot brag enough about how amazing their service was as well as the quality of everything that I have bought. I have gotten 2 couches, 3 barstools, a living room chair, a coffee table & a TV stand and everything has been so easy and fast to assemble!
