Although I have done element's and floor loco, I have found sequences simple and challenging at the same time.
Movement's I already new (and practiced) have been broken down to level where I've found a missing piece that I wasn't aware of.
I really enjoy play in my training, and this is sometimes very sweaty play, and play is the best form of personal research.
I do these sessions anywhere and everywhere, garden, beach, even the gym sometimes 🤣
I can tell you this "you really know that you worked hard the next day"
But with a little mild movement, I've not had any injury's at all.
Finally, most important of all, I look forward to the next session every time 😊🙏
