After what started with a casual conversation online with Ben, ended in the purchase of the Avoca 16 watch with winder. It was a pretty good deal to be honest but I never, ever expected the amazing quality that it actually was when it arrived. Seriously. The quality was f#*king top class. The care in the packaging-it wasn't just shoved in a box. It was in a large box, surrounded by foam and bubble packaging and was then in a second box with more protective packaging and a felt bag. The wood just oozes class. The watch holders are such high quality. This was well worth the $900 asking price so to get it on sale at the time makes this by far, one of the best purchases I've ever made.
