Gym definitely,my boutique when I have a big delivery day I just dress them up with a nice oversized shirt or jumper with a nice pair of snickers or Moon boots and voila I transform my leggings and definitely for traveling no way ….not wearing them when I travel I’m garantie with them not to land as a balloon with the compression I keep my perfect body 🤣
