Beautifully produced - it's like hanging out with an encouraging/knowledgeable friend who wants you to win at life (and acting, obviously). Additional to the valuable performance advice, Brian is refreshingly honest about the difficulties & challenges all actors face, including himself. This is useful because it allows us, as students, to be realistic with our pursuit. The conversations were excellent, especially with casting director Nancy Bishop – I appreciated her candid critique of the actress' self tape. I watched this course with a notepad and pen nearby. Suffice to say I filled many pages with useful wisdom & insight. From a technique and craft point of view, I 100% finished this course better equipped than when I started.
