I recently turned 50 and do some combination of playing tennis, hiking, and bicycling 5-6 times per week. I completed one round of Elements, am one-third through a repeat, and plan to keep repeating the program many times. I can attest that doing Elements has improved my mobility, flexibility, control, balance, and athleticism, has benefited me on court, on the trail, and on the bike, and has been and is just plain fun.
For example, on a hike this past weekend, I thought to myself “use sort of a slow Sumo Walk” to avoid going into the drink while crossing 30 yards of slippery, wobbly rocks in a cold creek. Thanks, GMB!
