I got the Portsea Triple Calendar in rose gold and white dial and I am absolutely in love with this watch. I think they hit a bullseye with the design on this one. What you get for the price I think is pretty solid. It’s got a respectable Miyota auto movement and the 28,800 vph makes the large seconds hand a joy to watch — bonus points for the cool “M” on the seconds counter balance. Hands are a matter of preference, but I happen to like sword hands and they complement the watch well. The dial itself is probably one of my favorite features, especially in white. The way it catches light is sublime and the horizontal reliefs maintain just enough shadow such that texture can be seen even from afar.
My only slight complaint is the solid case back, as matter of preference. I like to see my mechanical movements, even if they are rudimentary in their design. That said, these case back design is pretty cool.
Also, I felt like it wears a little smaller on my wrist (6.75 in.) than I expected for the case diameter. Lastly, I was not a fan of the OEM strap color, wish I could have chosen a different one.
