It arrived quickly and was described well. I will say the usable dimensions inside are 9' 6" x 9' 6" but the product takes 11 ' x 11 ' on the top so it's something to keep in mind if it's for markets. I used it during a rainy soccer match and it was only a few watchers and they all appreciated being kept out of the rain. I would recommend this product and I will consider buying a smaller version if they ever make it gazebo-style
