Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly. The hotel is under refurbishment but this doesn’t really effect use as it has a beautiful location and lots of places to go out and see! We upgraded our room and had a lovely re decorated room with new bathroom comfy bed and a balcony and view of the lake. I don’t understand the bad reviews left as we have already said we’re looking forward to coming back when the work has finished to see the end result! Breakfast was good with a choice of a full English breakfast freshly made and a few continental options. Overall we was very happy with our stay and we will definitely return. Thankyou for a lovely weekend away and we look forward to coming back!
