“The first picture I did on and 11x14 came out great! The bigger picture, 18x24 was initially blurry and pixelated. I called the company, and they were very helpful and apologetic. Usually if a picture does not have a high enough resolution, they send out an email, and I slipped through the cracks with that. I emailed different pictures back and forth, and settled on a different one. They got it out and sent it in a timely fashion, and it looks great.”
