“On 17 Jan 2019 I sent this via online to your company & as of 25 Jan 2019 - NO REPLY: We just received our latest canvas are 100% not pleased with the product, Order Number is 44282748. The print quality is far below the other 6 canvases we have purchased. The other purchases was made by myself (Roderick McIntyre -mcintyre@satx.rr.com and my wife (Dolores Moore – dmoore11@satx.rr.com and all of these products are outstanding & we have shown to many friends & highly recommended your company. It appears to quality control was not done or was done poorly for the product. It is not as sharp and clear as the other 6 products. Is there something you can do as an adjustment for us? Could we return print and let us use a different picture as a free replacement for this canvas (we would be happy to turn this print) or a refund for this purchase. What options are available to us for this canvas? Thank you & we hope to hear from your soon. Roderick McIntyre & Dolores Moore”
