“After waiting several weeks I received an email telling me there was an error in their printing and I should reorder. This was 3 days before this birthday gift should have been arriving. I called but associate wasn't helpful and quoted me a higher price to reorder. When I asked why it took so long to inform me and why the higher cost if i reordered she put me on hold and eventually call was disconnected. May be a good product but I chose to reorder elsewhere”

“I have not gotten it. Seems you ship UPS and that can not go to a PO Box. I get Amazon almost daily to a PO Box shipped via UPS Direct but my order is hung up. Sadly it is for a birthday next week. I called today and a very nice lady assisted me in updating the address. Now waiting theb24-48 hours to see if it fixes and I actually get the blanket. You need to post on your website no PO Boxes so others don't make that mistake. You can send me a new review once I actually receive the product.”
