“I sent an email on May 3rd but have not gotten a response. There is a white line going down the right side of the blanket. (See attached photo) That was not there when I uploaded my photo. It is also not in my original photo that I have. It looks terrible. The quality of the blanket is much lower quality and thin, much different than what was advertised on your website. I have ordered from you before. This was a gift for my spouse because our cat passed away. Please advise on how I can send this back to you for a refund. Thank you,”

“I was not happy with the photo it’s hard to see his eye on the one side I feel that you are the professionals and you should review before proceeding and let the customer know you feel this will not work I called about a possible refund so I could redo but never heard back from anyone”

“Photo is GREAT, but it's NOT a blanket, it's 1 piece of fabric that looks terrible. I don't have time to get a better quality gift for my mom so I will have to give this to her. But for the price, it should have been WAY BiGGER! I'm not happy and won't order again.”
