“The proof looked very clear but when I received the metal print it was blurry. It was meant for a gift but I will not be giving it.”

“Originally I ordered 24 metal prints. One came with a mark sealed into it and half the prints were so dark you could hardly see the picture. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new print of the one with a mark almost immediately. They then sent the second portion that showed up too dark to their art team and got them lightened up or something. I had to pay shipping charges but the next set of prints matched much better to the brightness of the first half. The image quality was still a bit smudged looking but not enough that I would keep them off my walls”

“The prince were magnificent, but I was shorted one print and shipping damaged all three prints that was delivered. Need a little bit better packaging to make it stiffer and to protect the end.”
