“Alright. The photos were amazing and crystal clear BUT all the edges of the two metal prints were all bent and crinkled. Your packaging was not up to par at all. We have ordered metals before from other companies and they came to us in perfect condition. A thin sheet of cardboard doesn’t quite do the trick. We are going to find someone who can cut off the bent and crinkled ends so we can hang them up.”

“If the shipping had not damaged my prints I would have given it five stars but of the two prints i ordered, 3 out of 4 corners were damaged on each print and one of the prints is dented. Though the photo was so sentimental, my husband and kids loved it. Id recommend they reinforce the corners of their boxes and put a buffer layer between the cardboard and the print, maybe some styrofoam but preferably something more environmentally conscious.”

“The product arrived with 3 bent corners. The metal is very thin, so it’s not surprising that the corners were damaged during shipping. More care should be taken during packaging. Disappointing.”

“I have used your company many times in the past. However I am very disappointed with this purchase. The print is bent on 3 of the 4 corners and the print its self is too blury to see.. Very disappointed. I did reach out via email to get this resolved, havent heard from anyone yet”
