“One of our pictures fell off the wall because the tape that Easy Canvas used let loose and the corner broke off. Only one call to customer service and they quickly made a new one for me and sent it out right away, no questions asked! “Very displeased with the finished product. The photo I submitted was very clear, however when I received the photos (3 of them) from you, each person in the photo looked like they had severe sunburn. I wanted to give the photos out, but they look so bad, I did not.”

“Processing and shipping was great. The quality of the images were good, not great. My biggest concern is with regards to the sizing/zooming/centering of the pictures themselves. I purchased 4 prints and 2 of the 4 were formatted poorly. It legitimately looks like they zoomed into the image and ignored the backgrounds, this was disappointing.”

“Arrived broken for the second time. I asked that the corners would be reinforced after the first one arrived broken, then the second one came packed the exact same way, and broken.”
