“I was given a full refund for the 4pics I sent in as my copies had been modified by me and were too blurry to print, the finished product is only as good as the proofs provided. They were kind enough to email me twice and please ask me to call customer service to properly take care of the issue. The 5 star rating is for their honesty. However about six months ago they printed my cottontail bunny on a canvas and it turned out beautiful. Like I said you give a perfect proof and you'll get a perfect print. Thank you Ra”

“Print came in relatively fine! The only issues I had were a few small white splotches (luckily my artwork had splotches in the backdrop to make it less noticable) and the packaging. I had some of the acrylic come off at the very edge because the tape from the packaging was on the poster, which ripped some of it off. Just needs an extra layer of plastic wrap. Otherwise, not too bad!! May come back again! Thank you!”

“Prints turned out great. Believe the backing/mount on large (24x36) should be larger - it is the same size as on the 16x20 and this makes overall picture a little flimsy. Overall product is great.”

“Picture quality is very grainey and the acrylic is very cheap. You can see the huge wooden square mount through the photo and acrylic when you are looking at the picture head on. You get what you pay for. The price was too good to be true.”
