I was kind of afraid the picture on glass wouldn't turn out as good as the original. Man, was I wrong. It came out great with colors seemingly more vivid than the original. Very good choice. Thanks. BT

Quality of the pictures is phenomenal. I did 2 pictures on to 1 canvas and it came out perfect even though I enlarged both images the pictures came out clear, maybe it's because of the quality of the picture taken from my phone... I'm not sure, but the prints came out perfect.

Four of the four pictures that I ordered are awful. I have two that are severely pixelated. The other has a light colored border in the middle of the picture. I’m highly disappointed with my order. I spent nearly $400 for one good picture. I filed a formal complaint and the rep was helpful but I’ve heard nothing back. I’m not happy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The representative I spoke with and ordered through assured me the simple touch up I wanted to have done would be a non issue and I would recieve it in time. I never received a call, I had to continuously follow up. In calling, I found out the resolution wasn't large enough, so I did exactly what they asked me to do, took it to fedex/kinkos and had them scan it at the highest resolution possible. Again, never got a reply until I called and spoke with another rude representative. They said the scan was tilted so the print would be tilted. Seriously? My cell phone can crop a photo and un-tilt it!! So I was told the arts department had to review and adjust it (which I paid extra for). Still no communication from your company. I gave it a week and called yesterday to see where it was in the process (I also paid rush shipping to have it here by the 9th). Evidently they haven't done anything with my photo, haven't even started to retouch or edit it and told me there's no possible way I'd get it, not only by the 9th, buy by the day of our anniversary trip, the 15th! Again a very rude non-apologetic representative who took over 30 minutes on the phone to gather that information for me! When I called last week, I very clearly asked if there was a problem, so I could cancel my order and try to order it from somewhere else to get it in time. They assured me, it was being rushed and I would get it on time. I could not be more disappointed. Also, I still haven't recieved an email confirming the cancellation of my order. If I don't have that by this afternoon, I will be calling my credit card company and filing a fraud claim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EASY CANVAS, IT'S THE OPPOSITE OF "EASY"!!!!

First acrylic print had small defects but they were kind enough to reprint and ship at no cost.
