“Disappointed that there is no quality review. Received my completely blurry print because apparently the image resolution was not correct for the size print. The preview looked fine. I can send a corrected image (have to contact the professional photographer because the image was directly from her) and pay shipping again to have reprinted.”

“I was disappointed that there is no quality review of products. The photo in preview looked fine, but apparently wasn’t the correct resolution for the size canvas I ordered (how would I know?) So my canvas is completely blurry!”
