“The one with my friend and dog was PERFECT! The one with my husband and his siblings (which I ordered 4 of ) was not. My husbands head is way at top of frame and we’re going to have to go in and cut the bottom off of each one of them. I hope we can do that. I don’t know how one could come out so good and the other 4 not so much. They were supposed to be gifts. You could have done a better job on those I’m sure. Oh well probably won’t order again”

“Git my shipment yesterday, glass was broken on one of my picture's, there was no kind of padding in the packaging, they were just wrapped in plastic and thrown in the box frame work was poor. I already contacted you all yesterday and spike with a lady called Virginia, sent photos, have not heard back from her, so yes I am very disappointed in my order, I told her I wanted a replacement, but obviously I haven't heard nothing back”
