“Sorry to say, but the center feature does not turn freely at the upper magnet. Looks as if the hole the glass at the magnet is not centered and the spindle is dragging on the side of this hole in the glass.”
Hey Joe,
We saw your review and feel that we may be able to help. Their is a fine tuning card that came with your Uplift but the top of the Spiral should not be touching the top magnet. The idea is to turn the chrome top screw up to the point where it is roughly as high as possible but not jumping up.
