“The jug may be made of plastic, yet it does not look cheap at all. It is elegant with a finish affect like matte porcelain and the handle looks like enamel. Yet unlike if it were made of porcelain or enamel, this jug did not break when my over-excited golden retriever’s tail swished it right into the floor—bonus! The hot tea within was toasty for hours and had no off flavour—I am quite picky and have noticed that in other similar items and was pleased this leave a funny taste. The slight negative is that you have to prewarm the jug so it is safe for the boiling water that makes the tea. You can simply fill it with very warm tap water and let it warm up as the kettle heats. I am very satisfied.”
