“This beautiful chair was designed for people over 5'3". Prospective buyers should be informed about this BEFORE purchase!!! I wish I was warned about this!
Shorter people will not be able to comfortably reach their feet on the floor, because the upward tilt at the front of the seat was designed too high.
Also, this chair was overpriced, considering that costs 50% less in Europe, and it can't cost THAT much more to ship it to the States! The absolute NO RETURN policy was unrealistic and punitive considering this design flaw. Surely I was not the first person to have noticed this. However, they did replace one that arrived damaged, and for that I am grateful.”
