“We finished both trays with wood oil. One is absolutely beautiful. The other is blotched (on the bottom and one of the sides/handles) It appears it was not evenly sanded at the factory but didn't show that defect until oiled. . At some point we will resand and refinish that tray with hopes that it will beautiful as the other. Well constructed and we're happy with, just disappointed with the "appearance" of the other.”
