Is the item true to size? Smaller

“I love it!!! I had to size up to have a looser fit. The small just fit even though it says it was loose fit it really wasn't. And knew when I washed because of the material, it was going to shrink. I exchanged for a Large knowing that & after shrinking some, it's perfect! The exchange was made so easy, great customer service. Bintou talkin to you:) Love this hoodie!!”
