“Item wasn't for me, along with the others i also purchased, they were all ordered the same size but had very different cuts oddly. My order also took a substantial number of weeks to arrive, i believe flooding was to blame which is fair enough having seen the news during this time. However what is completely unacceptable is how they've accepted and received my return good totalling almost £100 and another substantial number of weeks later i still haven't received my refund and can't get any response from customer services. Order was placed end of December '23, items arrived late January '24 and were returned the next day and I'm leaving this review at the end of February '24. Maybe one day I'll get my hard earned money back. Thanks.”
