I can see from our database that you emailed us on the 30th January and these issues were resolved on the same day. In regards to the free hoodie I can see here that a free hoodie did not appear in your order confirmation. Unfortunately it looks as though the free hoodie was not added to your basket correctly. Once orders are dispatched we unfortunately cannot send out a free hoodie separately.
