“I am still yet to receive my order which was placed on 03/03/24. Following a chaser email on the 26/03/24 I received an update on the 27/03/24 advising that my order is "currently being handpicked and printed in our warehouse". I then received an incorrect order on the 09/04/24 with someone else's address & mobile number included & on the same day had someone contact me asking if I had received their order. I find it extremely concerning that my number & home address has been given to someone else & is a clear breach of GDPR regulations! Further to sending an email on 09/04/24 chasing my order & advising about the clear error of orders, I received a short generic email apologising about the issue... No mention about the data breach that has been made. At this point 29/04/24, I am still waiting on receipt of my order. Being someone that has supported 304 from the very beginning when showcasing at Manchester Fashion Week, I am very disappointed with the service received & will not be placing an further orders.”
