“Ordered a men’s Mystery box. Which arrived 3 weeks after date due, once arrived it was all women’s, then waited 8 more weeks for a men’s one to arrive. Do what should have been a birthday present for the 18th April finally arrived 30th June!! Customer services aren’t very responsive. Lovely items once finally arrived.”

“After my first purchase of a lucky dip, I went straight back in for another, again very happy with what I received. I got another 2 t-shirts and an oversized hoody. Let me tell you I think I wore that hoody for a week straight haha, it was soft and very warm. I’m not a guy who wears anything relatively baggy but that hoody is great. The t-shirts were brilliant they fit well and my style. They feel great in quality too. I am a fan of the lucky dips I hope they continue I quite enjoy not knowing what’s coming, I know it can come with a risk of getting something you might not like but so far for me everything I have received has been great! 304 has a customer who will be back”
