“Ordered a medium just like the other hoodies i have from 304 clo and having had numerous bad customer service experiences ga e them the benefit of the doubt and then this arrives a completely different size to the other mediums I've ordered before yet described as the same. It look like they've taken the wrong size hoodie to begin with and printed a medium inside it. At least this order was completely in a timely maner even though I'll likely use it for jobs around the house as it's way too big.”

“I originally bought this for my son who loved it but it washed quite badly originally. However, 304 contacted me immediately and replaced the hoody with an apology saying that it had been from an old supplier. The new hoody has been washed and is great. The service is excellent and they genuinely do care about the quality of their clothing. Would recommend.”

“Stickers came off after washing it the first time inside out at 30 degrees and when I asked for a refund or replacement it just said your email folder was full. bad service overall”

“To be honest, the hoodie is of poor quality. It has been washed twice and is now like an old top covered in bobbles. I bought this for my son and as it was expensive for a hoodie, I expected it to last more than two washes.”

“My son loves the hoodie although I'm slightly disappointed with the quality. The 1st one we received was marked & the replacement had some tiny grey marks on also which had to accept as it was a xmas gift & arrived 2 days before. After one wash, the hoodie appears "bobbled" despite following exact washing instructions.”
