“Ordered my monthly supplement of TF+ via your website on 14/11. Normally it takes 2 working days to service. Also noticed that I did not receive email from Ninva Van as I normally do previously as of 16/11 evening. As such, I contacted Ninja Van for my parcel whereabouts. Communicate via their live agent Mila who reaffirmed that they did not have scan track of my parcel. She mentioned that she will let the relevant department know and will get back to me asap. On 17/11, I follow up on this status but was informed that they still could not find my parcel, probab to heavy backlog of 11/11 sale. Asked when I could get an answer and was very disappointed that they need 13 days to investigate for lost parcel. Jane from your customer service sent me an email while I was communicating with Ninja Van, stating that I will get by tonight. I told her I just spoke toNinja Van who said my parcel could not be found. Jane said she extracted this delivery status from Ninja Van platform. Obviously there is something wrong here. I then received call from Daniel, who apologies for this case and suggested a replacement which I truly appreciated. Please look into other alternatives beside Ninja Van because I'm utterly disappointed with them”
