“The build quality is really good, and the glove itself comes with a premium feel to it (if that makes sense). The only thing I think could be a bit better is the padding: a hard hit ball stopped near the heel of the glove might sting more compared to other brands with similarly priced gloves.
Another thing to consider --that is not a dealbreaker for me-- is that the sizes run a bit large. My 11.5 inch custom 44 is a bit bigger than my daughter's 11.75 Rawlings Liberty Advanced.
Overall I --as well as my daughter-- are very happy with the purchase. She is secretly plotting to misplace her old glove and that would leave me not other choice than to let her 'borrow' mine.”
“My son's custom glove is of high quality leather and is overall a high quality glove, however the glove is larger than ordered. We ordered an 11.5 inch and the pocket style does not look as if they are scaled down to fit a youth model glove. The glove is actually approximately 12" in length making its use for outfield only. Ordered this glove to use as a dual purpose infield and outfield but with the sizing being off we are strictly using for outfield.”
“I really enjoy this glove. It's an amazing and quality glove. I got it in ultra stiff and this thing holds shape great even after a full break in. I only have one complaint which is not really a “bad thing”, the thickness of the palm and lower palm could be a little thicker, theres absolutely no padding there but it makes for a quick break in and the ability to have a 2 hinge glove effortlessly. So to some its a good thing and to some it would be a bad thing. Regardless of that i love my new glove and ill enjoy it till it falls apart then ill be back to 44 pro for a new one. This is my second glove from them and they never disappoint, THANKS 44 PRO!!!”
“Custom glove came as I designed it, the feel is really good, I will say break in process is a bit tedious (maybe because I'm not used to this quality leather) but the glove is very nice and I highly recommend, especially for the price.”
