I wish I could say truely loved this glove like my other rawlings glove. My custom 44 came in and it looks great. The break in process wasn't the easist. The feel of the glove on hand is stiff and that makes my hand hurt after a while. I wear my glove with two in the pinky and that still causes pain in my fingers. I tried wearing a batting glove inside and that doesnt make the glove feel any better.

Very well made. Took little time to break in. Very quick turn around on a custom glove and shipping was 2 days. Will see how it holds up come spring

My son loves his new glove! Quality craftmanship, durable leather, custom embrodering so his glove never gets lost or mistaken for some one else's glove. Get's better and better as it breaks in! Highly recommended!

High level catcher’s mitt with Japanese Kip leather. Leather is sound and light weight. Very maneuverable mitt for blocking. I am still getting a feel for it for framing but anticipate it working well given it’s is so light. Durability can only be tested over time. I have used the MLB brand “HOH” for the last 10+ years which is a solid mitt IMO, but is much thicker and much heavier. So we will see if there are trade offs. That said, my 44 is very tight around my pinky finger when closing. Hoping this loosens up as the mitt breaks in more and will continue to adjust the wrist strap to see if this alleviates it without compromising control. Thumb loop/section is better than prior mitts even for off center receiving. I don’t have large hands but they wider than average in the palm so that may have something to do with this and I am not catching for guys throwing that hard (80 mph max). If I had to do over, I would have gotten a 34” instead of a 33.5”. Overall, a great looking mitt and great sounding mitt when receiving the ball. I would highly recommend giving 44 a try.

Got the glove for my 14 year old for his birthday. Great quality and price. He has a heart of the hide and A2000 and the quality is comparable. Son, when does Paul.

There are plenty of other glove companies to choose from. I went with 44 because of the amount of custom options available, and honestly the word of mouth. For being a one off glove, they got it to me in less time than I expected. The glove is absolutely flawless and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. It is so good that I bought my oldest daughter one for Christmas this year and I bought custom batting gloves for myself and my three daughters who play fast pitch. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. I hope to be blessed enough to keep buying more 44 products.
