“I was really happy to try this wash. It was customised for my skin. Unfortunately I did not have a very good reaction to the product and I got some skin irritations on my face. I had to stop using the product after two weeks. The staff were very understanding, kind and corresponded with me often. They did offer to try a different combination but I declined. My skin is very sensitive so I have to be very careful about what I use.”
