“Having used the pen for a while I can see that it was cleverly designed. Although the windows are small they're only needed when refilling so that the fluid can be seen coming up to the filling holes. In use, when the level gets low the light changes from white to red. This is the time to refill and recharge. Charging is very quick! By refilling when the red light shows the coil doesn't get burnt. Brilliant!!!”
