“5 stars for the Fyshwick (ACT) 99 bikes shop. 00000000 stars for the Mitchell (ACT) one. At Fyshwick, they ordered the missing part and got it within days. I did the job myself. At Mitchell, they offered me an appointment for a mecchanic to decide on the fate of my bike.... in six weeks time. Then the mecchanic would have ordered the due part, and then, he would have fixed my bike... at great expense, I'm sure. Which shop do you think I will visit in the future when needed????”
