“Tyre is fine, service from 99 bikes not so much. It took over a month to receive with 13 emails and a phone call to finally receive this. It began with an email saying they only had 3/4 of the items available due to a warehouse error. 2 weeks later after an email requesting an update part of the order was finally shipped and I was told they were waiting on their “supplier to ship the tyre to the warehouse”. After pointing out the original email stated that they did have it in stock, I was told that it had arrived in the warehouse that day and would be shipped straight out (what luck!). Fast forward another week, a phone call was made and was told the that it was coming from a store they usually don’t ship from so maybe that was the hold up but the person I was dealing with would get back to me. Impressively this person persisted with the warehouse lie and said that seeing as the warehouse was taking too long they would organise to ship it from a store (even though their associate had told me this was the original plan). All this to say if you have a lot of time and like getting lied to then opt to have it delivered.”
