“Excellent, steady, very functional bike rack. You get what you pay. I was concerned and not interested in any damage to my bike frame. After 2000kms in first use on a variety of different road surfaces, it passes my biggest criteria for a bike rack and well. Tilt function is brilliant enabling access to back of car with loads of room. Locks on the rack great. Light weight so easy to pick and move. Easy to attach to tow ball. 5 out 5 easy.”

“I purchased this online for click and collect. I collected it a few days before Christmas and brought it home. Luckily I didn’t unpack it. Two days later the store called me and said they’d given me the wrong product and I had two choices - drive back to the store and exchange it for the one I purchased or pay extra for the one they accidentally gave me. I have no idea why they didn’t arrange delivery to collect it given it was their error. Two days before Christmas I drove back to the store to exchange the item. This time they gave me the correct item, but without a box. So I spent $650 on a present that now no longer has a box. They boxed it up in a replacement box (for another product) and gave me a $20 gift voucher. The whole thing made me think they’re pretty amateurish. If you’ve made a mistake and given someone the wrong box, be the solution. Make it right.”
