“Very poor quality bike. We returned it 3 days later. The chain kept falling off and gears 4 & 5 kept slipping.
When purchasing we were told this bike was no different to other more expensive bikes with similar features.
When we brought it back, we were told this bike cannot cope with any bumps or jumps at all. That to get a bike for a casual rider who likes to go on trails and bmx track jumps as well, we'll need to spend 2-3 times more.
They declined to honour their 'perfect ride guarantee' because the off- ride bike had been used off-road, so insisted on charging a $49 cleaning fee.
Will never buy from this store or franchise again.”
