“The nicks were great but it took 20 mins to get served and pay for the product. Staff walking around ( obviously not cashiers) and others dealing with prospective customers.
No problem me had time to make a simple 30 sec transaction.
I was about to go elsewhere.
Need to get staff educated that customer service is also about looking after customers who want to pay.
