“Currently, my experiences with 99 Bikes have not been great, system issues caused delays with my order arriving, and throughout the experience no communication around timeframes until I made contact.
I've just taken my bike in first thing for its 4-6 week complimentary tune-up and was advised it could be done in 20 minutes and if I wanted to wait around. I mentioned I'd be happy to come back in the afternoon. 4:40pm arrives, no response, I call and am advised it hasn't been serviced.
In both situations - communication and customer service were lacking.
I can only hope these are isolated.”
