“The product is great: works perfectly, doubles as a reflector so all good. However, when I picked up the item, the packaging was covered in sticky tape, perhaps it was returned and had to be re-packaged in store. After unwrapping it, I found one of the two supposedly included attachment bands missing. I wished the store had picked that up. It wasn't critical as the one size that was in there worked OK.”
