Overall 99 bikes is certainly THE ONE brand of shops that is the most accessible. Their offering comes across as more catered to commuter bikes (electric and road), but they certainly have expertise to cater to that top range road bike customer. The best part is that they are willing to accommodate the customer if it's a quick fix, even during days they are flat out. Especially the folks at Preston.

As with all locks, this is a deterrent, not absolute security.
I still wouldn't leave my bike locked with this in a dodgy part of town.”
