Its a nice looking bike and seems well built. My daughter loves the colour and how it sparkles. She rides it almost everyday.
My daughter is about 136cm tall with 60cm inseam. We had to put the seat at very lowest position (removing the reflector under the saddle) so she could reach the floor with the balls of her feet. But she has no trouble riding it and I'm sure we'll soon need to put the seat up anyway.
If your child just scrapes over the recommended min for 24" bike, I suggest also looking at a Merida J24 (my son has one) which has a lower ride height or perhaps an Apollo Neo.
If I had to list one negative is that my daughter finds shifting down gears difficult. Perhaps trigger shifts are better suited for little hands.
