“I haven't used it yet as it's a Christmas present, I appreciate that it was set up, it might have been nice if the guy spent 5mins just going through how it worked as I've never had one before. It was click and collect, thats they way it felt paid and get out. Also being a present the box woukd have been handy and some instructions. Price was fantastic that's why I went with you guys, 5mins chat would have been appreciated.”
“Works well up to around 2 weeks after when the handle bar shaft becomes loose and the Pilar is not stable when riding.
Took back to 99 bikes where the tech guys did their best to rectify but were not sufficiently trained in fixing.
Dissapointing and looking to bring back under warranty.”
