“Shipped with a broken charger. Told to bring everything back to Kogorah to get reviewed for warranty. Explained that I didn't need a warranty claim, just a charger that works. Ended up getting an Uber to my local store and swapping my 'brand new' charger with their display charger and now I can at least charge it.”
