“The scooter is excellent, the binding, FW update process and support from Segway is poor. We have 12 of these scooters in our fleet, they are durable and great products. I needed a new brake lever, it along with spares have been ordered and I was told by Segway support that if I replace the broken brake lever it will void my warranty.”
