“the tyre is ok, not so service at Blackburn store. I needed 2 tyres Blackburn only had one in stock, so I have purchased it and they ordered the other one that I have paid for. About week later enquired if tyre arrived only to be told that it is on back order. I needed those tyres quite urgently so I asked if I could cancel the order and get refund. The answer was yes. So I searched internet for tyres only to find out that 99 bikes Springvale store had 4 of them in stock. I went to Springvale and was pleasantly surprised that they fulfilled my order without me going back to Blackburn. Not happy with Blackburn, all prize to Springvale store.”
