⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “The Day the Old Tube Died – A Tragicomedy in One Ride” Once upon a climb, in the land of Lycra and ego, there lived three heroes of the wheel: Sir Butyl the Heavy, a thick-skinned veteran who had seen a thousand punctures and survived none. Princess Latexina, fast, flexible, but fragile—like a caffeinated cat on carbon rims. And the newcomer… Sir Magene Exar the Ultralight, shimmering in translucent TPU glory, weighing less than a banana peel and twice as slippery. It was a sunny morning in the Kingdom of Tyres. I (humble rider and chronic puncture victim) had finally grown tired of Butyl’s wheezy sighs every 40 km. Latexina had already perished weeks ago—melting in the heat like a tragic Shakespearean extra. And so, I installed Sir Magene Exar. From the moment he slipped into the tyre, the world changed. My bike, a noble 2015 Specialized Tarmac, felt lighter. My legs—suddenly heroic. Birds sang in E-flat aero. Even my chain made less noise, perhaps out of respect. But Sir Butyl, bitter and balding, watched from the workshop floor. “Ye think ye’re better than me, plastic boy?” he hissed. Magene merely shimmered. “I weigh 36 grams, old man. You weigh shame.” The ride began. The air was crisp. Hills fell before me like cheap e-bikes. My mate Dave (the loser in this story, obviously) was left wheezing in my carbon dust, muttering something about watts and betrayal. But tragedy struck halfway down a descent. A shard of glass—like destiny—gleamed on the road. Sir Magene took the hit. He hissed once… softly… like a dying kettle. And then silence. I stopped. I removed the tyre. I held the tube aloft. It was not a blowout—it was a beautiful, noble death, the kind sung about in the peloton halls. Sir Butyl was retrieved from the saddlebag—sweaty, resentful, still loyal. “You called, milord?” I nodded solemnly. “Just one more ride, old friend.” And as Butyl inflated once more, there was no rivalry—only respect. The torch had been passed. A changing of the guard. Because even though Sir Magene fell, he rode like a god. He made me faster, prouder, and briefly more attractive in my bib shorts. Final Verdict: Magene Exar TPU Tubes are insanely light, ridiculously fast, and hilariously dramatic. They’ll die for your KOMs and make you believe in miracles (until glass happens). 10/10 would resurrect him again.

I've been using these tubes for about 3000kms of riding so far. No punctures yet. And I don't have to run more expensive tubeless compatible tyres. Weight is comparable or slightly lower than my previous tubeless setup. Would definitely recommend them.

Very competitive priced to other tpu tubes . A little thicker which makes much more durable for the small weight sacrifice. Holds pursher much longer than latex
