“It's not the same design as my old one, there's not as much room in it due to the bottle holder taking up valuable space, They don't make em like they used to unfortunately, but it'll have to do coz it's the only one they make this size these days, If it's the first bag you've ever bought you'll love it with it's zip open expandable pannier bags & deep trunk & if you have the slide-on matching rack, it fits & locks like a glove.”

Watertight? Don’t know yet but I use waterproof inner bags in any pack/bags anyway.
Only one minor problem so far:
The toggle which supposedly grips the pannier fastening elastic cord to the pannier rack doesn’t grip. Bad batch I guess.
Easily solved by tying a knot but Topeak should make amends for this bad batch problem.”
