“Once again I purchase a product which on this occasion is fine but when I visit the Marion Rd store to ask a simple question on how to fit the item to my e-bike I am looked at as though I am from another planet. Honestly I have never experienced such poor customer service in all my life from a national company. No idea seems to be a standard response and to ask if there might be another staff member with more experience with the issue is met with a blank look. The product range and prices are great pity the customer service generally poor. On chatting with fellow bikers their experience is no different.”
